AS Bio: Biological Molecules- Monomers and Polymers

HideShow resource information

Monomers

Are small units that when joined together create larger molecules.

Example: Monosaccharides

Polymers

A number of smaller units (monomers) joined together to form a large molecule.

Example: Polysaccharides
