What hormone is used in contraceptive pills?

Oesrogen

what hormone(s) is/are used in fertility treatment?

LH and FSH

what order are the hormones in and what do they do?

FSH (stimulate egg to mature, production of oestrogen)
Oestrogen (stopped FSH, starts LH and stimulates lining of the womb)
LH (stops oestrogen, releases egg)

what do LDL's do? (in full?)

they form plaques in the artery wall, reducing or stopping the blood flow, and without oxygen from the blood the heart muscle stops beating properly, sometimes causing a heart attack.

are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats good or bad?

good as they lower bad cholesterol and improve the balance

if the liver makes to much cholesterol what can you take to level it out?

statins (they inhibit the enzymes involved in making cholesterol)
