Gwen Bailey has been helping dog owners for over 20 years. She has been finding solutions to dog behaviour problems throughout most of her working life. She believes that ”problems are never successfully solved by force and domination; intelligent thought and knowledge finds a solution that works for all”. Uses positive reinforcement techniques, mainly treating good behaviour and ignoring bad behaviour.

TV dog and horse trainer. 'No bad dogs just bad owners'. 'pack leader' (now thought to be incorrect). Used 'negative reinforcement' - punished bad behaviours.
