Travel / transport - no bus services, can't drive, rural area, long travel distances. Affordability - no money or could not afford prescriptions. Waiting lists. Not liking it - whether it be the professional (e.g therapist) or healthcare service (e.g hosipital). Mental health issues - such as no confidence, anxiety, paranoia, depression.
