OK, one fact is that you cannot revise if you did not
learn it to begin with! So if you want to succeed you
have to make sure you fully concentrate in class. If you
do so the theory will be easy to apply.
I agree it sounds a little lame but TRUST ME it works.
So HERE GOES.....

We all get a lot of information in a certain lesson but the big question is ` how do we store
this information & remember it?'
My theory has mainly got to do with emotions and feelings!. The basic idea is to CONNECT
information with emotions or feelings. This is very easy if you practice it and fully
understand the concept. Honestly, we actually do it without realizing it.
For instance, in class you learn about cells. One would forget the basic idea of cells very
quickly if that information is not stored in the long term memory. BUT if there was
some kind of emotion & feeling at the time of learning, there is a higher probability of
remembering it. E.g. when the teacher was talking about cell walls, let's say, someone
pinches you, I'm SURE you will remember the pinch! You could now connect the
emotion, which is PAIN this case, to the information. I could now say `Nicole pinched
me during the Biology lesson when Sir was going on about cell walls' so THERE YOU
GO...
IM NOT SAYING THAT YOU START PINCHING EVERYONE BUT LEARN TO INVOLVE YOUR
EMOTIONS IN YOUR WORK!!

Another emotion you could use is LAUGHTER. While
you're learning in class, become active and involve
yourself. Crack jokes and have a good interaction in
class....that way you are applying emotions and
feelings & whatever you learn during that lesson,
you will RECALL.
Actually , you can connect ANYTHING to emotions

KEY POINTS TO KEEP IN
MIND...
· Feeling has to be real- you can not fake it
· Make a habit of `feeling'- it will not only make you
remember stuff, it will also make the lesson lively(
to an extent you will express yourself better.

I SHALL PROVE YOU THE
THEORY..
WHY DO YOU REMEMBER
TO EAT WHEN WOU ARE
HUNGRY?
- The brain gives out INFORMATION
that glucose is needed, but it also
gives you a FEELING of `hunger'
and thus you automatically eat
when you feel hungry....
WHY DO YOU REMEMBER
TO VISIT THE TOILET?
- Same concept, the information is
connected to some kind of
`EMOTION' or `FEELING'.....
