Key Nazi Germany figures
Baldur Von Schirach Joined Nazi party in 1925. Appointed head of German Students'
league in 1929 and Hitler youth leader in 1931.
Hermann Goering Appointed Commissioner of Raw materials in April 1936
indicated the determination of the regime to overcome the
supply of raw materials.
His priority was to secure a German source of essential
raw materialsmainly fuel.
The four year plan was designed by planners from IG
