Offender Profiling
The `clear up' rate for murder in the UK is 80-90%.
Serial killer has killed at least 2 or 3 over a period of time.
The preparation of biographical `sketch' gathered from information taken at the crime scene, from
the personal history and habits of a victim, and integrating this with known psychological theory.
