FISH RECIPES FISH CAKE
1kg floury potatoes
Cut potatoes into evenly sized pieces and boil
·
· 50g butter
in salted water for 15-20 mins until tender.
· 1 pint of milk
· 350g cod fillet, skin on
drain well, return to saucepan for 30 secs
· 2 bay leaves
butter and mash
· 100g smoked salmon, chopped Meanwhile put cod in shallow pan and pour
· Chopped chive and parsley over milk. Add bay leaves, bring to boil.
· Flour (dusting) Simmer for 5-6 mins on a low heat. Remove
· 2 eggs, beaten from heat, flake fish, discard any bones or
