Diffusion, Osmosis And Active Transport

It's clear, but could do with a little more terminology and more specification. It should include keywords such as;

- water molecules (not "water")

- particles (not "something" travels from area of high concentration...)

- absorb (not "pull" the nitrate ions)

There is room for improvement but I appreciate your effort. :)
