molecules and are insoluble in water
STARCH AND GLYCOGEN used as energy storing
molecules.

CELLULOSEformed from bglucose. (bglucose similar to but
hydgrogen and hydroxyl groups arranged differently(isomers)
Forms bundles called microfibrils.
