	Causes Germany was not yet defeated Germany split into 4 zones Germany will pay reparations Free elections in Eastern Europe Russia was to help the USA fight against Japan once German had been defeated	Effects The allies had a common enemy and so were working together Although Stalin was unhappy about splitting Berlin, they were in agreement So all the allies got a share of it to rebuild themselves The UK and USA wanted them to choose their own leaders
