	Advantages there is lower costs as wages are lower in some other countries the people who will be doing the job are just as qualified as those who would do the job if it was kept within the same country it provides employment for peole in other countries	Disadvantages if the first language is different to the one that the organisation speaks then there will be language problems it is immoral to transfer work to take advantage of lower paid workers
