Evaluation

I think it was better for Britain to be in Splendid Isolationism because she could keep all of her affairs to herself without having to consult other countries or allies before making decisions or help them in situations. It also kept them neutral so that there was no unnecessary conflict at the expense of alliances. By emerging from it in 1904 meant that she was now involved in European affairs.
