Evaluationin conclusion, despite kings success in the south it can be argued that he did little for the civil rights movement, his campaign was too slow and managed to alienate many people such as the northern ghetto-livers, which was undoubtably damaging to his campaign. it can also be argued that kings greatest success came after his death. he gave inspiration many black people and other ethnic minorites to stand up for their rights and even today he has continued to inspire a nation, this is evident because of the national bank holiday in america which commemorates kings work |
