1. p.c (age, sex, disability) stops unfair treatment                                             1. causes stress, disc. could still happen before it takes effect2. seeking justice for unfair treatment- through CAB, EHRC                         2. eg family, media- or robust individualism, socialised that way3. something done to specifically help those with a p.c                                 3. might not know its happening to them, eg older people, learning eg encourage training/ application for job where pc is underrepresented              difficulties- dont know to go to  CAB etc4. covers people in variety of situations like victimisation etc due to p.c                       4. being treated unfairly due to complaining about disc., or helping someone
