Chem C3- Desalination Plants

Advantages

Doing the process the water in the sea is vital for people who live in areas that have poor drinking water and sanitation.

Social- Jobs for people and produces clean/pure water for people.

Disadvantages

If the pressure is too high than water will boil at a higher temperature- so will cost more money.
Uses lots of energy and money to produce.
Damage sea life- highly concentrated salty water is being put back into the sea.
Pure water is produced- so people miss out on health benefits.
Many people do not like the taste of completely pure water

Evaluation

Overall I believe that this is bad because (All disadvantages) but think it is good for people who live in area where the water is not suitable to drink, and also it brings jobs into areas.
