- She discovers Orestes' return and is eager, revealing her hopes for him as well. However, she has progressed as she offers to help Electra to bring down their mother. Although she ultimately rejects her plan, she does show a significant amount of support for Electra then the start.

- Chrysothemis is Electra and Orestes' younger sister, and does want the same as them, but believes bring them down from inside the palace is a better method of revenge.
