	CAL/CBT
	Advantages the ability to learn in different environments e.g home, public library or even in a car. all materials are provided in a different way, e.g. text, sound, video, animations. keeps people interested and motivated by the range of activities. can access materials using a variety of hardware such as laptop, phone and iPod.	Disadvantages complex software as it uses lots of animation and graphics, so it is expensive. may present opportunities for students to take breaks. no interaction with fellow classmates.
	Evaluation adv outweigh the dis-adv,but a main problem is that people will take adv of having breaks and not using the CAL/CBT software.
