An investigation into the etymology and use of the word 'fairy' over time

This is a timeline of the etymology of the word only. Websites I used to find these words and definitions are listed below:

  •  http://faerie.monstrous.com/etymology_of_fairy.htm
  •  http://www.all-about-fairies.com/fairytales.html
  •  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moirai
  • http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=fairy

Please note that the origins of "fairies" are not recorded on this timeline. The timeline has the etymology of the word, but not all of the different meanings/beliefs/literature associated with this and this is what I will be analysing for my investigation.
