Continuous - can take any number in any given range, so height, as you could be 342.3 cm tall, 934.2 cm tall hehe :)

Not sure if you're on about qualitative, quantitative?

Qualitative - No numbers, example would be hair colour.

Quantitative - involves numbers, height, weight

Freq. distrubutions, have you got a past paper question you're stuck on, it's hard to expain! :)

Do you mean qualitative and quantative data? The first one is data that is like colours and things, basically if it's a number it's quantative and if not it'll be qualitive. Continous is data that can only be measured to a certain degree of accuracy, discrete's like tally's or something.. Hope that helps:)
