When Mr jeromefrom the Women in Black 'froze' when he saw the Woman in Black, this shows some sort of power the Woman in Black has against people, can this relate to curleys wife, Of mice and Men?

I wouldn't make links to another book, unless it is one you are study and are meant to be comparing. If you are comparing these two books, I wouldn't make the link, personally. Only because although Curley's wife has a hold on some of the men, she is still viewed as below men at this time. She is more of an object, and seeing as she does not even get given a name in the book, shows that she only is who she is because of her husband. (hence why she is called Curley's wife)
