When I'm talking about the right person (he's male) do you refer to him as "la bon person" or "la bonne personne"?

Also, what does "si on se disputerait" mean?

I know that si means if..  disputerait is in conditional /future tense because of the ait/erait at the end, not sure what it means though.. sounds like dispute..

If it uses 'la' always use 'bonne' because le goes with bon.

Si on se disputerait means "If we would dispute/argue" using the conditional
