what's the best way to loose weight?

why do u want to lose weight, i wont stop you but just say be careful, because losing weight at teen age is not really the best time, our body is still growing
but i can give u some tips if u wish, i follow these and haven't exactly gained any weight in like four years..
1) Regualry exercise ; if possible do workout every other night and make it a routine.
For example, in the work out you might do regular sit ups, press ups, plank etc;
2) If possible walk more, if you take the bus get off a stop early and walk; making walking a habbit don't rely on transports
In terms of food ..
1) Eat a variety of food; i know everybody goes on about it but it actually helps you from gaining unnecessary fat
2) Eat the most at breakfast, a meadium amount during lunch and a small amount in the night; only because in the night you don't really burn any
Need any more tips, feel free to ask.. but whatever you do, don't ever listen / follow fad diets, you would regret it for the rest of your like seriously trust me, my friend followed fad diets, she is know in hospital, near her death bed.. i don't mean to scare u, just tellin u if it's not necessary then don't worry about your weight now...

Always eat breakfast.Some people think that by skipping breakfast they will lose weight, but in fact, they will do the opposite-they will GAIN weight!

thnx Kuratulain n ur write.. many teenagers skip breakfast, thinkin its the best solution; certainly not...
please just be careful.. it really scares when people want to lose weight.. especially if they dont need to.. u can get urself into loads of problems.. my friend regrets it alot.. n even we do for not stopping her.. please whatever u do think twice..
