# What's Mutually Exclusive Events? Maths!?

pllz help!

Mutually Exclusive events are events that cannot happen at the same time. For example, getting a head on a coin and a king in a pack of cards is mutually exclusive but getting a king and a club from a pack of cards is not mutually exclusive as you could get both at the same time (i.e. the king of clubs!). For more info, this is a pretty good explanation:

Hope that helps!! :D
