Are you a kinaesthetic, visual or auditory learner, or a mixture of them? I'm a visual learner with a few kinaesthetic preferences.

We did some tests at school, and apparantly I'm a musical learner. But, I hate revising with music playing in the background - I like absolute silence, so that doesn't really make sense.

Aw well. :)

I'm a visual learner, I think. Making notes doesn't really help though, it just hurts my hand. I just read and repeat in my head again and again to make it sink in d:

I'm an auditory learner! :) Auditory's means I just prefer listening to topics. I find it easier to talk it all in that way! Sometimes I make up little songs and jingles too :)

How can you tell what kind of learner you are? Do you just try different methods of revision and see which one works best?

I'm an auditory learner. I turn my notes into songs that I'm in to. I find it's a better way to keep focused on the revision. The only downside is that it's terribly embarassing listening to yourself sing but you get used to it! :)

I was kinestetic fromm primary school to year 9... but last year I did the test again, and I was almost a dead split between all the options :L
