Almonds and walnuts are good for brain stimulation and cereal bars are a healthier way of snacking :)

Also , frequently have a sip of water, if your brain is dehydrated, then you lose 1/3 of your concentration. Hope this info helps :D

Bananas really do help you concentrate. Other fruits are good too.

well, not sure wht you should eat, but DO NOT EAT heavy carbohydrates e.g pasta, spaghetti, noodle. This will make you doze kf in the middle of the exam ... And don't think that redbull will help ... You'll be jumping about all over the hall in summer saults and cartwheels!

sip water because that makes the blood take oxygen to the brain, so you can concerntrate more, do that in the exam aswell but dont over do it, because you will need a wee!

Good luck **

DRINK WATER!! Obviously dont overdo it, but no one likes headaches from dehydration when you are in the middle of algebra! I like to eat these homemade booster bars- which have peanuts, seeds, nuts etc in them. they are kinda like flapjack, but less heavy and are quite energizing. They don't however, give you a sugar crash! :-)

HARIBO. and i drink tonnes of tea. and coke. oh and i eat loads of bisciouts which is so bad but personally i feel that it makes my revision better, despite what everyone says about friut etc. BUT do Frequent exercise as that REALLY does help. i do pilates (like yoga) and go for short runs atleast every other day. (partly to burn off all the junk that i eat.)
