what are your reactants / products ..

methanoic acid is a carboxylic acid.. so it's HCOOH

Propanol + Methanoic acid -> Propyl Methanoate

Thanks, I thought that the symbol equation had to start with CH... but then I got confused but I get it now thanks again

btw ur can write methanoic acid as HCOOH or CH2O2

they are both right, but the first one is preferred

Yeah il write it as HCOOH because if i wrote it the other wway then that would confuse me
