Well you have permanent dipole-dipole forces and you have hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonds are pretty much the same as dipole's however you only get hydrogen bonds between a hydrogen and either nitrogen, oxygen and fluorine. Anything else will be either Van der Waals (london forces) or permanent dipole. Good way to remember what elements have hydrogen bonding is

NOF- Nitrogen, oxygen, Fluorine.
