What is "evidence of tourism"?

I am doing some Geography coursework and one of the questions I have to answer is "How does the map show evidence of tourism?". I don't understand what this means! Am I supposed to look for things such as cafes and public toilets? Or do I need to look at the amount of car parks and stuff??

Yes, I think that's what it means, like car parks, toilets, foot paths. Any way in which the area will have been changed in order to benefit tourism and therefore increase income to the area.
