What ideas would you bring into school if you are in the student council?

Really, what do you think a school must have to make it good from the student council? And how do you think student should approach to the council if they have any ideas or problems to share?

A Student Council is just a casual group of people. There's no need to go through 'official routes' to contact them. Just hunt down the relavent member and speak to them directly.

You have some students who normally say at the end that 'we wanted these changes'...

But what I don't understand is that they don't come to us in the first place. They do have ideas and some are amazing but if they do hunt us down then we can make the changes happen. But they don't come to anyone of us. I don't know if they are being lazy or even scared of us! We are nice people and don't bite, but what can we say to everyone in school how they can approach to us properly so we can hear their ideas. The sad thing is that they don't come finding us.
