what does stewardship mean? and in which case study can i use it on?

You could use it in both but I think it is mostly likely going to be used in Tourism as a management solution for your Mass Tourism or as an aspect of your Eco Tourism, depending on what your case studies are.

Stewardship is the responsibility of looking after things, in this case it will be the management of the environment on a large scale (regionally,nationally,globally), so that it is not damaged and is sustainable (can be used for future generations). For example, my mass tourism case study is Kenya and the government are supposed to give back their land (previously taken for tourism purposes) to the Endorois (a tribe) so that they can look after it and be responsible for it as they know how to do this the best (although the government still have not done this).
