For Population Change:

1. China One Child Policy

2. Indonesia and rapid population growth - how they used immigration laws.

3. Ageing Population - UK

4. Migration - Poland to the UK

For development gap:

1. Global Inequalities - Hurricane Mitch - natural disaster affecting development.

2. Reducing global inequalities - "FARM-Africa"

3. Inequalities in the EU - Bulgaria and UK

I am not doing changing urban environments so I don't know what case studies you will be doing. Some of your case studies may be different as well as your teacher may teach you another. Although I am doing mine based on Geography A cgp revision guide. Hope this helps.

I have just put up two case studies, the China one and the Indonesia one, it might help you.

I don't know about the development gap, as i am doing tourism, changing urban environments and population change

For changing urban environments :

A squatter settlement - Brazil
                                OR Nairobi, Kenya

A sustainable city - Brazil, Curitiba
OR BedZED - which is really simple and short

Inner City Problems - Hulme, Manchester

London Docklands

Urban issues - Cairo

& effects on LEDC's (pollution and recycling) - India.

I dont know if you will have to do the last one, but my school has gone over it

development gap

  • small scale aid project- hand dug wells ghana
  • uneven development in EU- eu core- germany
