When i did it i had to know about ethical implications of assisted suicide, just war< different religions views on war, sanctity of life and what other religions views were on such things as abortion and blood transfusions (medical ethics) ect... different religious belifes about death and the afterlife and they may ask about different religions worship. I found it helpful to learn a few quotations from different religions to put in my answers and you can get many from the bible about things like 'those without sin can cast the first stone' or something which can be used for just war...

if you are on Edexcel then just comment back and i will give you two resources that are very very good. they cover everything and were specially made by my RS teacher. it will help you alot like it helped me!!
