tar and nictotine as they put a strain on the heart and makes mucus accumlate in the cillia, hope this helped :)

Xactly what she said, but nicotine isn't harmful at the start (I don't think, OMG this was so long ago!) only when it is taken for a long time, in fact it could be said that by increasing the heart rate it is a good thing.

tar is a carcinogen and causes cancer ( if tghat helps- but ur q's already answered as above ^)
