To what extent is Germany to blame for the outbreak of world war I?

Can somesome help me to write an essay on this for about 800 words!

800 words isn't that bad! Germany where attempting to esstablish themselves as a sucessful country, as they where new from the states of Prussia. They wanted the biggest empire and respect, and Britan saw them as a threat to their empire because of their strong navy. All the countries where threatning eacother becasue of the race foer getting coloonies in Africa and the arms race. Germany where being threatning and where showing aggresive signs to start the war, but so was the rest of the countries. They can't be fully blamed like they where in the treaty of Versailles.

Germany thought that it was the biggest country and it had the power to do what it wanted to do.

declare war, if Germany did not give her then Austria will think again. it was ready for a war and could have won if America wouldn't have come to help.
