The Sixth Form College I'm applying to only offers Maths Higher Level and Maths Studies, HELP

I want to study medicine at University and am applying to college in the next few days.. I will probably gain an A in my GCSE Maths, and the requirements for HL is A/A*, and it looks reeeeeally hard. I wanted to study Maths Standard Level but they don't offer it. I will study Biology and Chemistry to HL, and if not Maths, then English too.

Should I go mad an do HL Maths, maybe fail with like a 4? Or should i take Maths studies that will wind me up because it looks so easy and probably get a 7?

Maths is hard whichever you take. If you want to study medicine it might be better to do higher level because getting into uni will be very competitive so this may put you at an advantage compared to some other candidates. However, if you are struggling with GCSE it wouldn't be a good idea to do higher level but as you are predicted to get an A you should be fine with higher.

Or you could apply to a different college that offers the level of maths you want to study.

I would choose maths if I were you because you always need the bare minimum of maths and english.

Hope this helped :)
