Well, you know that it's 1 person per seat.

So, you simply multiply the amount of tables with the amount of seats.

There are two different types of tables.

One type of table has 12 seats, the school has 34 of these.

The other type of table has 8 seats, the school has 12 of these.

TableType1) 34 x 14 =476

TableType2)  12 x 8  =96

Now you have the maximum amount of pupils all together per table type.

To get your final number, you add the two results.

476 + 96 = 572

Maybe you can make it more like yahoo answers, where each person gets a feedback rating, so a person who answers questions all the time and responds quickly would get like a high perecentage e.g. 80% feedback rating or 80% reliability and the higher their percentage, the more points they get ??  Also, there should be a search engine for previous asked questions, so you dont have to ask a question which has already been asked and answered, you can just search for the question in the search engine...... Also, maybe you can have this button where it saves questions/ topics that you like or want to look at in more detail later. Urm, also maybe an option of when do you want this question answered by, so e.g. a girl who has an exam in like 5 days time would choose the option of ''5 days left to answer''

I'm not sure if those are good or not, but they are just ideas based on yahoo answers which is another very populare question and answer place and because they are so succesul, by making this ''ask'' place like it, it could become more popular???? :)

Indeed you do Sara.

There's a massive difference between discussion and question.

The discussions are more complex, they are for controversial and forum-like topics.

The Questions are for rapid responses.

How would you improve this system if you could?- Suggestions would be great.

So whats the difference between the 'ask' and the 'discuss', cause you can still ask questions in the discuss and by the way, do you get points each time your answer was voted??? :)
