The 10 minute rule

Showing 1 to 4 of 4

I heared yesterday that if you genuinley study for 10 minutes then have a 10 minute break then come back for 10 minutes again for 2 hours, you are more likely to remember what you have done instead of saying you will take a whole day to revise and have distractions and cramming everthing into your head.

do you think the 10 minute rule works and has anyone attempted it yet?

I find 30 minutes followed by a 5 minute break good.

Never tried 10 minutes.

never tried the 10 minute one, I usually go for 30 mins with a 10min break for a few hours, i don't think i would get enough revision done in 10 minutes

You wouldn't be able to get a lot done in 10 minutes I don't think... I try revising for an hour like the length of a lesson, then have a break, but it depends on how I feel and what I want to revise.
