Before i start an exam i get really stressed does anyone have any tips on how not to get stressed?
When you start feeling stressed, listen to music (not ideal i know!!) or take deep breaths. Stay with your friends, as i'm sure they cheer you up!! :)
Try taking a deep breath adn say to yourself that you can do it- believe in yourselfit really helps! I have the same problem even a few days before the exam and i think I dont know anything but when you come to it you do actually know the stuff. I know this is easier to say then to do because I have the problem myself but theres no need to stress out because you're going to find something you know- if you tell yourself that it will help. You can also make yourself not know something by saying to yourself you dont know it- DONT do that- I do sometimes and it really doesn't help. So just try and relax and believe in yourself! :-)
Oh yeah and when you're doing revision take enough breaks because then your less likely to get stressed!
