Hey everyone! so how did you find the education and methods? It was kinda hard!

i didnt know both the two mark questions ;/ the paper was ok :)

Oh the corresponding theory is Bowles and Gintis' theory on how the world of work mirrors the education system.

I thought the exam went pretty well =)

What kind of evidence did u give for the official stats ques?

I wrote: the Census and the British Crime Survey.

I never learnt what the correspondence principle is so I missed out on 2 marks :/ Other than that I think I did okay.. Wasn't too happy about the official statistics essay but I managed!

i wasnt sure about the correspondence theory either

-official statistics: i wasn't too sure about that either so i couldnt really give much example to elaborate my points (other than stats released by NHS, National stats office ect 

surprisingly for the 2012 paper in jan and in may the examiners love to question about social policies in education both in education and the families and household unit...which was quite out of the blue

Oh I wish my teacher had taught be that -.- 

& errr I wrote about the Census too and loads of other stuff that I can't remember :D focusing on Psychology now -.-
