Hi, i'm finding it alright. I enjoy rhe free periods and how the teachers respect you more. I had a lot of work today but i've almost finished it all, i think it's a case of keeping on top of it all. I'm taking geography, psychology, I.T, and english lang and lit.

♥ Secret ♥ Hi, well i'm doing english lang and lit and i'm enjoying it so far, although it will get harder. You need to know a lot more terminology but once you learn it you remember it. for as you have to study an anthology  which contains poems, non fiction texts like websites, newspapers and things, then your exam is based on that. in the exam you do 2 questions, one where you are given 2 unseen texts like the ones in the anthology and you have to compare them (lexis, syntax, imagery and structure those sort of things). the 2nd question you choose 2 texts from the anthology and compare them. there is also coursework where you study 2 books and write 2 essays of 1500 words on a central theme. the 1st essay you choose an extract from each book on the choosen theme (mine is danger) and compare them both. the 2nd essay is a creative writing task based on the story and the choosen theme. I'm not sure what you have to do for A2 yet, but I know it involves some shakespeare :( My examboard is aqa spec B by the way. hope this helps you.

I'm doing 4 A levels at college and it's great! Everyone seemed to have failed math last year though...

Went to a sixth form college this september. Everyone put me down saying the people are rude and things - not at all, best transition I can think of XD
