Best way for me to prepare from now onwards for my exams in January. Also how many hours should I be studying outside of lessons for my subjects. (Maths, Biology, Relgious Studies & Pyschology)

Every day when you come back from home you should obviously take a break. But after this you then should do your homework and then look back at what you did during school time and reflect on it. You can make revision notes. I would advise you to make revision notes earlier rather than later.

OMG u have picked the same subs as me, apart from psychology (I did chem). Guessing u want to do medicine???? I would set a certain period after schoola and on the weekends to do revision, make sure it doesn't clash with anything u like, so u can still have fun. U can do flashcards, but I don't find them effective, instead I would go through your textbook and highlight everything that's important and then keep revising over it, or make posters, but make sure u organise them, unlike me. Hope this helps! ;)

You should aim to do some revision every evening of what you did in your lessons that day. Go over anything that you did not understand and make the revision interesting.

Aha erm well to start off with I was taking Biology, Chemistry, Maths Religious Studies and Pyschology. And I did set my aims on Medicine, but then I decided to drop Chemistry. So now I'm hopefully aiming to study Maths at Uni. And btw for Religious Studies are you doing Islam or Christianity?? Have you started intense revision for your January exams yet? And thanks! :D

Soory 4 the late response!!! Ameenah I am doing RE but we are not douing specific subjects, instead we are studying concepts and philosophers, like PLato and the Theory of Forms, etc... We don'yt do religions as such but we have quotes from Bible, and we don't cover Islam, but I would really like to as I am muslim!!!
