I used to hand write my notes but it takes alot of time.
1) find out the specification (what you need to know)

2) break it down into topics/sections/etc

3) make notes from each topic, break it down as much as you can

you can use the bitesize website, and on each section there is pages, make notes on every page and revise it.

this seems very loooong, but you have time (i have exam same day and doing this too) and it will be very effective! you can make your notes by powerpoint, of flashcards, or by voice, or diagrams, and as coloruful as you can! so you want to revise it

GOOD LUCK! and dont panick
