You should put all the terms with x or b on one side first so

1) xyz=x-y-wz

xyz-x=-y-wz

factorise the x out.

x(yz-1)=-(y+wz)

divide by (yz-1)

x=-(y+wz)

    ---------

     yz-1

2) ab-2a=cb+3c

ab-cb=3c+2a

b(a-c)=3c+2a

b= 3c+2a

    ---------

      a-c

Hope That Helps! :)
