i dont know.. i actually havn't done one on this yet. but i think you outline the main ideas like id,ego, superego etc. the for A02 you just evaluate e.g. its subjective. lol hope this helps im not sure tbh :)

The 12 mark question on the last unit 2 exam was on the psychodynamic approach, so it'll be something else - my teacher reckons it's going to be about one of the other models :)

It depends on what the question is asking you. If it's a 12 mark question they will usually ask you to describe and evaluate something, for example Freud's explanation of gender development, and so you get 6 marks for your description and 6 marks for your evaluation. If you look at past papers on the website of the exam board you are with you can see examples of questions they have used in previous years and also look at the mark scheme and see what they award marks for. Hope this helps! :3

If you are asked a 12 mark qustion on the psychodynamic approch then you can talk about freuds theory of psychosexual development stages (oral, anal, phalic...) , division of personality(id,ego, superego)  you should also talk about the defence mechanisms and the unconscious mind.  And then evaluate the approach.  The mark scheme does allow for talking about psychdynamic therapies too if you remember them well.
