For the 33 marker, I'm pretty confident it'll be either social policy or theories of modernity and postmodernity, which is quite lucky because they're quite easy to write about- social policy in particular as it has hardly any names to memorise. I'm not sure about the other questions though, it's difficult to say with the 15 marker, and they're starting to repeat topics in the 21 markers I think.
For Crime and Deviance, left and right realist theories are quite important but they have never come up on any paper so it's quite likely that they might. Locality and crime, age and crime, state crime and postmodernist theories of crime haven't appeared before, so again they're potential. But then again they might start repeating questions, so I'd be sure to learn most topics well, maybe excluding the ones that came up in June 2014.
