Added to the others, it could be the American Dream, because Crooks is one of the only characters who has no american dream, basically due to racism-his skin colour and disability makes him permanently segregated, which means that if he had an american dream, it would be about equality, but he has seen enough to know there's no point in a dream "Nobody gets no heaven and nobody gets no land."
