Do you prefer modules throughout the year, or one great big exam at the end?

i perfer modules during the year because then its there in the end off your module and they should do moduler then add all the marks togther and then come up with a grade at the end off the gcse year in august or weneva you get your results i think this is much better plus your more likely to revise for the end instead off rushing around towards and nearer the exam .

modular for sure.it spreads out the work that needs to be done and there isn less stress as less work !

one big exam puts too uch work so to much pressure i think all subjects shouls have modular exams :)

also if you do bad on one of the exam you can bring the grade up next time.

I think I prefer linear to be honest! I don't really like having a gruesome process of exams cropping up all through the year; I'd rather have them all in May or June when I am in the right mind-set and can plan it out properly. Plus, it is more of an achievement afterwards! :)

I prefer modular, you don't feel as stressed. If I had to do all the modules I've already done in May now, I'd be really worried now, but I don't have to remember all my science unit 1s, which is good(:. And coursework is such a relief too. I'm not really that worried for ICT now, because it's 60% coursework, and the exam is kinda easy.

Modular for science as there's SO MUCH. but for others.. Linear.

I prefer modular as you don't have to revise everything at once. I do modular science but linear maths, I wish I did modular maths, it would make it so much easier for me.
