A constant body temperature- otherwise enzymes may not work effectively, or at all

Ion content

Water content- lost through breathing, sweat, urine

Blood sugar levels- the sugar provides energy for the cells

keeping things in body constant is called homeostasis

When enzymes stop working, called denaturing.
