ISA question- subject content and past papers

  • 0 votes

We finished the ISA in December( the one on titrations) and i got an E 36/50 :( and our whole class is resetting and doing the other paper, I was just wondering what the topic of the other ISA is ( i have this strange feeling its on enthalpy changes and hess's law). Also i was wondering if anyone knows where i can find past papers as the only paper i can find is the specimen paper and thats in titrations. Also how are we supposed to know whats going to come up in the paper, i can't find a syllabus and a felt the questions were not topics we had covered in class.

No, in the Chemistry ISA the grade boundaries are that tight, last year you had to get 98% to get an A*... this is A-Level people not GCSE. And no-one can tell you whats on the ISA because there are numerous subjects they can give you, mines titrations.

You did the Titration EMPA? I don't suppose you still remember the kind of things that were on it? Mine is coming up, and any advice would really help! x
